BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Pennington has been practicing at Inland Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Clinic since 1997. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He performed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Campbell Clinic at the University of Tennessee and graduated from medical school at the Oregon Health Sciences University.  He has served as the team physician and orthopaedic surgeon for the University of Idaho Department of Intercollegiate Athletics since 2000.

Dr. Pennington and his wife, Rachel, have five children and six  grandchildren.  He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has loved working and serving the church on the Palouse for many years.   He is an avid aviator and golfer, spending as much free time as possible in the air or on the links.  He also enjoys spending time outdoors at the lake with his family and tending to his colony of honey bees with his youngest daughter, Grace.
