Catie Fairgrieve, D.O.
Sports Medicine Physician
Dr. Catie Fairgrieve is a dual board-certified physician with comprehensive training in Emergency and Sports Medicine. A native of Port Orchard, WA, she began her career as an Athletic Trainer and was inspired to expand her knowledge and skillset in Emergency and Sports Medicine to be involved in the full scope of care. She has six years of extensive experience in athletic training, rehabilitation, emergency trauma care, and sideline coverage for student-athletes.
Dr. Fairgrieve works with both collegiate athletes on site at WSU, with patients at Inland Orthopaedics Moscow and Pullman, and in Emergency Medicine. Her special healthcare interests include cycling, heat illness, osteopathic manipulation therapy, immunization, and ADHD in athletes.
When she isn’t working, Dr. Fairgrieve enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, backpacking, and gravel cycling. She is an avid traveler and names Ecuador and Tanzania as a couple of her favorite destinations, having even hiked Mount Kilimanjaro. She currently runs a farm and market garden with her husband.
