For most athletes, health is often taken for granted. To perform at a high level, all aspects of the mind, body, and spirit are coordinated and trained consistently together. The options have never been greater for teaching, training, and treating athletes. In the record of sport science, this is the best time to be an athlete in the history of mankind.
